Le Jardin d’Elusa was born from a life choice.
The choice to slow down.
The choice to welcome guests differently.
The choice to create a place where people feel truly expected.
Originally from Belgium, we chose the Gers to write a new chapter: that of a home and a place of hospitality, where time finds its natural rhythm again.
Nestled in Eauze, in the heart of the Gers, our house is a former 19th-century chai. We wanted to preserve its soul while bringing it comfort, elegance and modernity.
Today, Le Jardin d’Elusa offers:
a 4-star gîte
two charming suites
a landscaped garden with swimming pool
an intimate table d’hôtes
But beyond the facilities, it is above all an atmosphere.
We love beautiful materials, carefully laid tables, breakfasts that linger, and convivial evenings shared around a good glass of Gers wine.
We love the right detail, discreet comfort and elegance without ostentation.
Each stay is designed as a peaceful interlude:
a place to reconnect, rest, celebrate or simply breathe.
We imagined Le Jardin d’Elusa as a heartfelt home, on a human scale, where the welcome is sincere and attentive.
For us, welcoming guests is not just a profession.
